Cloning a Hard Drive Partition

I have C:/ and D:/ on my computer which are 2 partitions, I need to clone D:/ as it has it recovery on it and I have found out that I can use it on a new hard drive to restore the OS and factory settings, can anyone recommend a good program for this? thanks guys
