CM 700w run gtx470?

a friend of mine has this power supply- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171037 and he wants to get a gtx470, here- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130550 .the problem is that the 470 says it needs 38 amps but the CM has 34 amps will this power supply power the 470?

It will run it just fine.

The Power supply has 50 amps on the 12V rail, not 38. The little video is for the 600W.

edit:so the 600w cant run a 470?
