i've had this before. for me, restarting my comp fixed the problem. if that doesn't work, i believe i remember reading that it is usually caused by realtek audio. google iw3mp crash and you will find something mentioning realtek on there

Are you using vista? if so im guessing the message happens when you quite the game if that is the case don't worry it happens to most vista users and there is no cure.
