Com restarted upon execution of a program?

After I executed my game , the screen turned black as usual as I expected that it would load but it restarted my com

Why? this is the first time..then this morning i turn on my com it says the com has just recovered from a serious error...

I've had Photoshop BSOD me once. It's been fine since... If it's a common occurance, begin to worry You can't expect a PC to always run flawlessly.

if you overload your PSU, it sometimes resets.
try upgrading.

only a possibility though
