Have been looking all over for a clear answer, 95% sure they are, but a sure answer would make me very happy.

Sorry for spelling thread title wrong, anyways, any help on this? Like I said, I am very sure these things are compatible, some input from more experienced/knowledgeable people would be excellent, thanks.
 
Everything should work, but i'm worried about the RAM.

The 965 series motherboard are known to not work well with memory thats not rated for 1.8v stock.
 
Thats good to hear.

I couldn't find any RAM that was 1.8 and had the specs I desire, apparently it just takes some configuring in BIOS to make them work. I have not done that before though, although I do have friends that could help if I get stuck.
