Combining avi files

hi all,

can anyone tell me a good program to combine 2 seperate avi files into 1 flowing avi file. also if i can cut bits out of the avi file is also good.

I believe Windows Movie Maker supports AVI, and it can combine the two files, but it will output the file as .WMV

vso has good software... and cucusoft...

I think he means a program that will just join them, not completely recode both files into a new one.
