Okay first off im not sure if this is in the right section or not if not im sorry i dont know much about computers.
Everytime i try to open a file it says i need a comdlg.ocx file and that it is missing. I have searched "regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX" in my computer which is what i was told to search in a different forum but when i click on it it comes up with "make sure the binary is stored at a specified path". Im using vista and i have no idea what this thing is, i have opened the same file before but now this comes up, any help would be appreciated!
