Command promt problems

Hey all

having a slight problem in tryin to install a program because it flashes up '' Command promt disabled by administrator'' how do i enable it ive not intenionally disabled it

Click on Start > Run. Cut and paste the following:

REG add HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System /v DisableCMD /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
