command window problem

I have a problem opening my C: drive. Don't know what and how it happened, but if i double click it, a black command window opens instead of entering the c:.
And if i right click on my C: (in my computer) i get on the top of the list with bold letters 'OPEN COMMAND WINDOW HERE' and later on i get 'open' and 'explore'. So i have to choose explore or open, to get into my C: or D: drives. The same thing happens if i plug in my USB stick.
Can anybody help me please?:confused:
How to get rid of this COMMAND WINDOW? Cause everytime i want to go into C: drive i have to right click it and choose open, to enter it.

I would try a Windows repair ...

Maybe a virus ??

I had a virus when you open up an application like word then it opens the command promt and then shutting down my pc
