i recently got a new motherboard and processer, and i didnt like new processer aint shit so i put the old pentium 4 back in, the comp read it was fine then kept restarting... so put dual core back in now works fine, tried pentium 1 more time same thing. put dual core in again now the power button doesnt light up and the moniter power button flashes nothing displaying.
