any help is welcome thanx.

Check PSU rails. Games might be the only thing that stresses ur PSU if you don't do anything else CPU intensive. I'm guessing PSU.

what u mean PSU rails?

power supply rails. u need a program like speedfan to read them. google "speedfan" should be version 4.17 or later. when your system is stressed it uses more power right, and the rails are what supply powe to your rig. with unstable rails....the power isn't constant, and that can cause reboots/failures.

ok so what do i do when i find out my rails?

see if they are accurate. 3.3V = 3.3V 5v = 5v 12v = 12v...that's what you want..or at least close. if there WAY off...then thats a sign of a bad PSU. a little fluctuation is normal.

ok heres wat i get

vcorea : 1.62
vcoreb : 1.70
+3.3v : 3.18v
+5v : 4.87v
+12v : 12.65v

-12 : -13.19
-5 : -5.95
+5vsb : 5.46
vbat : 3.02

bad or good what should i do now??

That 3.3v seems pretty far off, as well as the 5v. what all do you have in our computer? and what is the DEFAULT voltage of your CPU?

well im playing steam counter strike and the hard drive is pretty much empty.... one basics are on it like adaware , nortan anti virus and thats pretty much it... where do i look to see my default voltage settings ??

hmmm the specs on my comp are on my first post and i have speed fan where can i see my settings in that?? and how do i fix this problem?

How are your rails split up? What is connected to what

and I have speed fan where can I see my settings in that??
I think the answer is "in the BIOS" under hardware monitor or "PC health"

No no i just mean open the computer and tell us what devices are connected on rail1, rail2 rail3 etc :)

hmm ok.... where does it say the rail number? also i didnt mention that the case i bought was cheap and the power supply that came with it i think is pretty shitty if i replaced it with a better one would i fix my problem cas i did a memory diagnostic and everything was fine...

a new PSU will probably stop the freezing, and it will outlast the one you have now if its of good quality.

ok i hear antec makes good psu's should i go for a 450 or 430 antec?

well...depends on if they both have equally rated rails. if they are identical, and the price is the same then 450. But if there not identical, and they want $30+ more for 20 extra watts...i'd stick with the 430.
