hey so my new case came and i plugged everything in and tried to start it.
what happened was all the fans and leds stuff come on and spin for about 5 seconds and my psu makes a clicking sound and everything turns off and back on like a cycle. i suspect that my motherboard/cpu have become broken somehow while i transferred them over to my new case
is there any way to check to see if they work?

also there is nothing on my monitor i tried both vga and dvi

i am so frustrated i spent almost 1700 now and still cant get it to work

yeah there were standoffs reinstalled on the case but i even tried without the case and still the same result

i'm not sure if i should dump another $1000 to buy individual parts to just build my own from scratch at this point... i really want to just send back the original package and get a refund but am not sure if they will give it to me based on me googling rma reviews for them

in my cart right now on newegg.com is:
i5-3570k
corsair h100 cooler
samsung 830 series 256gb ssd
gtx 670 but i'm not sure which brand to pick, would like some suggestions on this
and lastly for motherboard i currently have ASRock Z77 Pro4 but i would like some suggestions and even recommendations on better motherboards as well

i already have the c70 corsair case and a 950w pc power and cooling psu

try booting it with one stick of ram, if it works with that, keep trying different sticks till it reproduces your problem, i think you may have a dud stick somewhere, ram is 90 percent of boot problems id say. also make sure you are running in a proper configuration for your motherboard stick wise, have them in the slots that are bootable according to the manual.

Hmm, the only time I have had this problem is when I forgot to plug the 4 pin into the motherboard. Are you %100 sure your not missing the 4 pin connector usually found near the processor on the left side in most cases.
