Comp wont boot up

so i have disassembled and reassembled my whole computer and blown everything out. still have the same problem.. the only thing the monitor says is the whole "no input or cable disconnected or power save mode".. could power save mode have been enabled some how?

so the monitor is fine. im thinkin the mobo might be done for. the mouse lights up on the inside, but the laser doesnt. and only the num lock light turns on on the keyboard.

I actually just had this issue on my work pc and it was the video card....when i had this issue on my home pc it turned out to be the PSU...luckily for me, i have so many pc parts i was able to swap one in to see if it worked or not......find an old video card and throw it in there, see if its working.....after that, i'd def try to swap out the PSU, as i've had that go as well, and theya ll normally show the same symptons.

Computer wont boot up fully. i press this power switch and all the fans will run and everything, but the monitor doesnt turn on, nor the mouse and keyboard. ive reconnected all cables and checked everything. tried to reset CMOS but dont think it worked..

any advice on the problem would be nice.

Standoffs, unsufficient PSU, dead RAM, dying RAM, hardware conflict, bad GFX, 6pin not plugged in, 4pin 12V not plugged in, 12V needs to be unplugged (... weird I know, but some mobos don't like them)...

The list goes on
