Compaq IJ650 not printing

I just built my new computer. My printer is a Compaq IJ650. I used it on my old computer.

Problem is, when I go to print something, the paper feeds through like it is actually printing something but when it gets done it is completely blank. I checked the cartridges and they are both full.

Any suggestions?:confused:
 
Well I used the printer on my last computer without any problems. Both my last computer and my new computer have windows XP. Do I go to update the drivers at compaq.com or can I just do it through the device manager on windows?
