i have a compaq laptop and all of the LEDs on it show that it is has power. but when i hit the power button ABSOLUTELY nothing happens. no sounds, the screen stays black, the hard disks do no even cut on. nothing happens at all. my dad thinks its the CMOS battery, but im sure something would still happen to the computer if it were that. but i dont know...any ideas?
