Sorry man but why do you need an update? Is it for gaming or for what? With these specs you should be able to run more than fine.

Is it on a compaq motherboard? if so then i don't think you are going to have any luck overclocking it.

You might be able to use something like ClockGen but dont count on it ... worth a shot i guess (www.cpuid.com)

ClockGen will work if you can change your voltages...otherwise just pumping up the mhz on default voltage will leave you with "beep...beep" lol. worth a shot. i want to use it on my laptop, but can't

i have a 250w power supply - thats sad but will it still support it and if so how high can i overclock it from 1.9ghz

all depends on quality of the PSU. you'd have to look at the rails at default voltage and see if they are stable. google "speedfan", that should help you out. usually the minimum PSU wattage you want for an overclocking rig is 300watts i believe.
