Since it's a 370, it is more than likely ATX form factor, I don't know if these were made in micro atx? My Powerspec is a Socket 370, and it's in an awfully small case and only has, 2 PCI cards and 1 AGP I believe, so yes they may come in Micro ATX. You can usually tell by the number of PCI slots, and how short or tall the mobo is. Either way, you could get a case for it cheap whether it's a micro or plain ATX. NewEgg has piles of cases, most with really good prices. I'll have to get a picture of my Powerspec with the side panel off to show how crammed it is in there. To change the memory you have to hold the spring tab on the hard drive bays and pull that out.
