Just search for "ATX Computer Case", should return quite a few results. Now the only thing I am not sure on, is that the original case had an I/O panel that fit the I/O ports on the motherboard. You'd have to look at the ports on the motherboard and try to find case that has an I/O panel in the back that matches.

The I/O panel is that metal piece that comes with new mobos that goes in the case to match the ports on the motherboard.

i search 4 ATX, but doesnt look like my mobo, it does say "Molex" on the CPU holder thing.

Whether or not the I/O plate on the case will match the ports (USB, PS/2, Monitor, etc..) on the mobo I am not sure.
