comparing laptop video cards

One of them has this...
ATI RADEON HD 3200 graphics RS780M with up to 1406MB total graphics memory; HDMI output
and the other....
NVIDIA GeForce Go 7150M (UMA) graphics with up to 1071MB shared video memory; S-video TV-out

Just wondering which video card is better for laptops.
 
Performance really is a non-issue IMO, neither is fit for gaming, and I really don't think that there is much difference between the two GPUs, so features may be the deciding factor.

The ATI offers a HDMI connector, which may be useful.
