Comparing Two Boards

I have been investigating building a computer and have come across two motherboards that seem to work for me:

Asrock Z68m-itx/HT

Asrock Z68M/USB3

Whilst I can't find any reviews of the USB3 it seems to me there is no, if any difference between these two boards, so it would be a price decision?

I guess so. Obviously the USB3 one has USB 3.0 - Also try finding them on ASRock's site, they link reviews for all their boards on the respective page of each board.
