Are their any things I need to worry about with buying a new video card with my microbtx mobo and psu? Do I need to get special ones to fit the case or will any video card and psu fit?
BTX boards are not, by nature, server boards (although you can, of course, get BTX servers). They still run PCI-Express cards even though they are a server type board. One Intel model can be seen at http://store.pagecomputers.com/store/productlink.asp?product_id=758543&scs=CNET#tab_technical It still uses a 20+4pin main power connector on the Socket 775 model there.

To answer the question, any ATX PSU and any PCI-E video card will work.
