will tht board be able to operate a pentium D 3.4 Ghz lga 775 at 800 mhz. i know the board says it doesnt run it only 1066/1333 but could it? at a lower speed. any help please thnks.

i have a core 2 duo 2.66 Ghz lga 775 1066 mhz tht im putting in which one would be better im thinking the asrock because the memory runs at 667 compared to 533
