Any good repair shop would probably do that for free because it takes so little time to figure out the problem and fix it. When I was doing PC repair I had to use store rates but for stupid stuff like that I just fixed it and gave it back. Like I said before, it's all about reputation. If people like the way you treated them they will come back if they have other problems and tell their friends/family to go to you as well.

at least compUSA was honest, even though they still charged that minimum fee of like 119.99 or something.
