How come that even when i removed and cleared and deleted ALL partitions during windows installation, the acer logo still appears later in windows setup? Even the ugly acer wallpaper is still there. How do i completely remove that stuff?

It appears again because the Acer branding is obviously on your Windows 7 disc and when you reinstalled it put all the branding back on.

You can change the desktop wallpaper you know...
 
No, it's not that simple. I got the win7 disc from somewhere that is not acer. The branding stuff should not be there unless acer is in the bios or something. I wanna know this.
 
Providing its not an acer install cd, then all the branding should be gone, but you would still have the acer logo as the laptop boots but all acer backgrounds and stuff should be gone. Another thing to look at is if you actually did a fresh install of windows? Its possible you did a parallel install and you booted back into the original OS.
