The system will be hard to run without a disk. i suggest this one for the OS - especially Win7 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227469&cm_re=ocz_ssd-_-20-227-469-_-Product ) and then some big HDD for the data.

I would actually recommend getting the either the E7400 or E7500. They are a better processor, more cache. And should work lots better for you in CAD.

+1. Celeron is pretty slow and i would hate to see you not satisfied.
