Alright, here is the situation: I just purchased a new, significantly more powerful VGA. My PSU more than meets the power standard required by the card. Before installing the card, I used compressed air (CleanDr Dust Remover) which states that it is safe for electronics. I installed the card, and for some reason, I can not get my computer to start. Not a peep. I tried different outlets, checked to make sure it was plugged in, checked the PSU switch: nothing. Could the dusting spray have damaged my PSU or other components? How can I test my PSU to see if it is dead? It is only a few months old. I'm terrified right now, because this computer itself is only a few months old. Help!
