Computer acting very weird, please HELP

Torrent software itself isn't bad, there are many legit uses and the software itself doesn't pose a security risk. What does, is the software that you download. If you are using it for linux distros and other legit stuff, not issue, but if you're downloading pirated stuff or non-legit stuff, you're opening yourself for issues. Not a big one in my opinion.

This.

Again, like said before, disable Startup items. One of those is causing your issue. Then systematically enable one at a time, restart, until the problem comes back, and then you know which one is the issue.

Idk why he hasn't done that yet and has instead gone the long way around with all this scanning and stuff.

I've done that, but I'm not sure that this is the problem, because Malwarebytes found a Trojan, which is now deleted, and I did a AVG test again, which found the Virus Vundo, which is now deleted as well.

Meh... You guys always think to format and reinstall whenever you have issues. You have to realize that some people would get lost trying to reinstall the OS. You would be having everyone reformat their pc every other week.

Sp33dcraft,

Can you please post the malwarebytes log that showed the trojan? Along with the report from AVG?

But it's very effective :P

I see your point though.
