Computer Associates-eTrust firewall problem

Hey all,

I hope someone can help me cause I'm having such a tough time with this one. Ok I have eTrust security suite by Computer Associates. My antivirus, anti spyware, and antispam are working perfectly. My firewall is another story. It worked great the first time I installed it. It works great on the other 2 computers that it's installed on. But when I install it now, my computer boots to the desktop and just freezes. I can try and do something but it just freezes up and I have to reboot into safe made and uninstall the firewall. What can I do?

Sounds to me like a software conflict.Have you recently installed a new program(s) that you didn't on the other machines?.

Ya that's what I thought too. It all happened when I installed a new version of itunes....do you think that would do it?
