Computer Blacks out

My computer's monitor started blacking out last week. I thought it was the monitor going bad so I changed it out and tried a new one. I got the same results with the new one.

Then I was thinking that I might have a bad video card, so I changed that out with a new one. I'm still getting the blackouts.

I then tried to change out the memory sticks and still got the same results, screen blacks out. The computer still runs, all power on, but nothing on the screen. Sometimes when I start the computer the system alarm sounds with a constant beeping. I can get the computer to work sometimes, but it will just blank out all of a sudden. Once I got a blank screen from trying to open up multiple programs, but that may have been a coincidence.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Bad motherboard? I have a DFI LanParty 875P motherboard, 1G 400mhz DDR DIM memory, Ge-Force video card, P4 800 processor.

OK dude, this is one of the most confusing descriptions of a problem I've read... So, it worked about a week ago but recently began to black out? Is this while you where using it, or would it never cut on. Would it start working again, or would you have to reset it? And now you say it never works, but you get a constant beep? Is this AFTER you changed out some parts, or what? When did it this new problem occure?? What's the beep like? One continous beep? short and long beeps?
 
If I'm reading this right, and to be honest I'm not sure if I am, those persistent beeps mean the processor is screwing up.
 
That model board has an Award bios on it. The list here will show what each beep code points to.

Award BIOS Beep Codes:​

I have had a prob sort of like this before with the screen going black and then rebooting the pc. My prob was the mobo temperature alarm was at 70c
(not that bad for a dual-core chip) and it was getting upto 75c while multitasking causing it to go black and reboot. So i just up the alarm temp and i haven't had this prob for ages. Maybe ur prob.
 
Most of the time you want a manually set shutoff temp to be well under the max temp on the cpu or cpus installed. That prevents damage from overheating for both the cpu and board itself. A month after a cpu hit max temp here the fsb had to be turned down from the 200mhz to 166mhz when the system suddenly started locking upon reaching the desktop in Windows.

When that was lowered the system started running normal again. Cause? cpu or some board damage undetermined at the moment. Cpu backclocked and running normal later answers that to some degree.
