Computer booting

I just built a new computer and when it boots it boots to a dos screen saying "no device found" Press F1 to continue. So I press F1 and it boots into Windows. When I get an update that requires a re-boot and I sit at my computer in the morning I have to press F1 so I'm wondering how to fix this?

Are you using your hard drive from your last computer? If you are, was windows still on it after you put it into your new build?

Do you have floppy drive enabled in the bios and you actually don't have one? If you don't, go into the bios and disable the floppy.
