Computer broke. All help welcome

I have a dell 530s and I was using it today and I moved it and it slipped from my fingers.the fall was less than an inch but it messed something up and it froze.after that I turned the power house off and now when you turn it on the fan sounds loud like when started and the noise doesn't go away and the monitor is blank along with a beeping noise coming from the tower.I'm thinking the processor messed up? Not really sure what to think.my computer is a dell 530s 2007.any tips on what I can do?
I'm going to have to use my iPod untill I get it fixed
Any tips at all you guys can give me would be awesome

May have knocked a connection loose.

1. Make sure it is unplugged and check all cable connections. Take them off and put them back on.

2. Check and make sure a RAM stick or your graphics card did not come loose. Pop those out and stick them back in.

3. Check your hard drive connections and SATA cables.
