Well I getting a friend to build me a gaming computer for about £700. All I need is the tower, with everything inside. Could someone give me some very quick recommendations on what they would spend the £700 on which components. Thanks in advance,

Just had a look at that and it doesn't seem to include a graphics card. Is there one that you could recommend? Thanks

yeah looks a good build ed only piece im not keen on is the case think you can get more for your money nearly all, nxzt, and coolermaster cases are really good, you could save a few quid downgrading the psu, anything from 500w should be sufficient if you buy an established brand.

its a better build you got more memory, and a more suited psu, the only thing is the motherboard is sata 3gb ps, not sata 6gb ps, and there is no usb 3.0, to future proof it you really want a board with these two features.

Personally will go core i5 2500K + P67 mobo + 4GB RAM

If not, then use the CPU cooler that comes with the CPU, and get the standard i5-2500 CPU, not the unlocked "K" edition. This will bring you near to or below 700, though you will see a big performance gain from overclocking your CPU.
