So my brothers computer just died like three days ago and so I decided i am going to build him a computer, My budget is 470 dollars.

It needs a mouse and keyboard & speakers

I already have ram (PC6400 800mhz)

United states please, If possible make it into an HTPC type, LOTS of space for media and a good video card for HD movies and stuff like that, he doesn't game but is in college and needs to be able to do some 3D modeling (very little though)

And for the computer to be as silent as possible is also needed, nothing flashy is needed, he is more of a modern type person so a sleek case please, I haven't been in the computer game for a while because i just left it not too long ago and I'm not all that up to date with the tech. Thanks for your help!

The budget is tight, and thus I haven't include a decent speakers. He can always get better speakers when he got the cash.

if he like sleek case face and slient PC, I recommend Antec P182, but that is expensive.
COOLER MASTER Mystique RC-632S-KKN1-GP is another case he could consider.
