Computer Build - Need help :)

I have compiled a list of parts i think will go well together but need help from my fellow forum-ers to see if it'll be any good to handle After Effects cs4/cs5 without much lag when working with sd and hd stuff. I've been using Cs4 on my laptop and it's killer! so damn slow when rendering and it just isn't gonna last my whole Uni course. thanks in advance guys and gals :D
