Would this build be able to run World of Warcraft on decent settings? I don't know much about computer builds so I just threw this one together for a low budget gaming desktop and would like some better knowledge on it. Thanks!

Edit: It's a tight budget ... anything over $700.00 is not realistic for me at the moment. I'd love to eventually upgrade that video card in the next six months.

CPU - i3-540 cheaper and better, or if sticking with AM3 mobo, then Athlin II X4 640
Mobo - One you picked is AM3. It will not be compatible with Intel chips.

PSU (what you called "GPU") - 1000W is way overkill, but it doesn't matter because Coolmax make very low quality units, get This one, it's much more reliable and is much higher quality, plus it has modular cables for better cable management.
You picked a pretty decent case, CM 430 Elite is also worth considering.
HDD - Slow, but high capacity. For a gaming computer, SpinPoint F3 1TB or WD Caviar Black would both be better choices.
GPU: (vid card) - This is the weak point in your system. I'd save money by getting the cheaper intel board, or getting This AM3 motherboard, then getting a better GPU such as HD 5770 or This GTS450, which is a very good deal at $99 after MIR.
 
Thanks for the reply, got a new list made up though and decided I would increase my budget to $300 - I just posted the new list in this same forum.
