My budget is about 1200, ofc that's including OS.
 
they got a caviar blue 1gb for 60, also a seagate barracuda, and both are 6gb/s, i just like those brands, and there are some nice cpu mobo combos if you look, and for the cooler, unless overclocking there is no need, and i'd look at the ripjaws x series 1600mhz and non x's and see if they've got some combo's, only need 750watt for that but 850 is nice.
