I want to run games such as Flight simulator X on high settings and good FPS, how this would do:
AMD Phenom 2 955 3.2Ghz 64Bit Quad Core
Mboard-Gigabite MA78LMT-S2
Corsair 4GB Single Stick Values Select Retail DDR3-1333
SAPPHIRE HD 6870 1GB GDDR5

actually an intell i3 2100 is faster and we don't know how the cpu using am3+ will perform or if it will be as good as any other processor on the lga1155 socket such as the i3 2100, but if you want amd go that and what he said, although check with us first, or intel which will be better right now, but euther will be fine and you probably wont notice a difference.

cuz we know he'll ask, 2 sticks of ram is faster than 1, similar to raid setps, same amount of mem, but twice the intake and output amount in same time, and for wolfe, the i3 is 5 dollars more, 15 now cuz of sale, but normally 5 buck diff for good bit of speed, but in the end the user cannot tell hardly any difference so this whole discussion is really pointless, either way you'll be going faster than me :(
