Even after the rebates, those two components would cost $100 not including shipping...
If 80 bucks is all you can spend you will better off getting a better P/S and a cheap case.

I would go with first one or either one that daisymtc suggested, but sometimes you can't go over budget and the second is under budget.

Check out the Antec Sonata. It comes with a nice Earthwatt 500watt PSU and can sometimes be in your price range.
