Hi,
I've recently built a computer with the following specs:
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-M720-US3
CPU - AMD Athlon X2 6400+
RAM - 4GB Corsair XMS2 PC-6400
Graphics Card - ATi HD5770
Hard Drive - 500GB IDE
PSU - OCZ StealthXtreme 600W
DVDRW - Some generic SATA one
Basically, the computer starts up and works like a charm. However when you turn the computer on, the bios speaker makes around 10 clicking sounds (about 1 a second) and every time the speaker clicks, the HD Led flashes! After this the computer posts normally with the post "beep" (sounds totally different to the clicks).
I've tried the computer without the hard drive or DVD drive plugged in, removed some memory and even removed all the case fans to no avail.
Does anyone have a clue what the problem could be as it's really bugging me?
