Computer Crashes HELP! Kernal Power 41

Windows continues to crash on me, cant figure out what to do. I have attached my last two dump logs. I have run windows memory test and memtest86 and they both show up fine. It is my understanding that Kernal power is typically a memory issue. Looking for some help. Here is my system.

-Win 7
-Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core
-GA-P55A-UD7 LGA 1156 Intel P55 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX (Flashed F5)
-G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) - (F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL)
-Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"

If you believe it's the memory let's try there. download a memtest86+ bootcd and run it. let it run multiple passes, if ANY errors at all pop up then the memory could be faulty.

Or underpowered... Rosewill are not known for quality parts. If you can, try another PSU from a reputable brand (XFX, Seasonic, Corsair, Thermaltake, and so on)

If that doesn't solve anything, try updating all your motherboard drivers and such, as well as updating the BIOS.

It's a fairly broad area to cover, it could be anything really.
 
I've ran memtest86 for a bunch of passes, on the memory stick individually as well as all together and everything showed up fine. So does that take the memory out of the equation?
 
I ran at least seven on each stick and at least 7 on all of them together.... So you telling me it is my power supply?
 
The RAM is ruled out, but there are other problems it could be. I would imagine the PSU could be though.
 
There are actual PSU testers, but they are like 30 bucks, so it would not really be worth it to buy. Do you have a friend or family member whom you could swap with?
 
Not really, I suppose I could just go buy a new one and if its not the problem then I could return it. What are the other things do you think it could be if its not the PSU?
 
Could be your power saving festures in your BIOS. I tend to disable them all, if my computer is on it stays on. If it's off i'm not using it.
