I just built this computer over the holidays and runs fine but when I play left 4 dead, it crashes after about 30min to an hour and has to restart.

These are my computer's components:

Operating System: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116754

I downloaded an application called HWMonitor, that said my CPU was around 48celcius and GPU at 53celcius. I dunno if this info helps.

Also, my power settings use to be on balanced, but I set it to High performance. That might of been the problem but I woulda thought this computer could handle it.

Please let me know if anyone can tell me whats wrong.

Sir your links arent working. Look at how you typed them in. On that note, is Left 4 Dead the only time it crashes after 30 minutes? Have you tried other games or even leaving the computer on for more than 30 minutes to see if it crashes? Something might not be hooked up right.

I'm sorry about the links. I'm use to having firefox instead of internet explorer but haven't installed it yet on my new computer.
The computer stays on for hours and goes into sleep mode sometimes then I just press a key on the keyboard and its up and ready. It's stable with medal of honor airborne AND fallout3, but left4dead2 causes it to crash after a while. Could the crash be due to graphics card overheating?

Parts are:

GPU: XFX radeon 4890 1gb graphics card
Motherboard: Gigabyte MA770T-UD3P
Power supply: Corsair 750w
CPU: x4 955 Deneb black edition 3.2ghz
Hardrive: seagate baracuda 1tb 32mb cache
RAM: patriot gamers series 1600 DDR3

I'm having trouble with links so i just listed the parts.

I have a Thermaletake Soprano case with a clear side that can hold two fans. I have two 80mm in the side, a 120mm in front blowing in on bottom, and a 120 blowing out on middle area of back. It's an mid-size case so it has enough room for air flow. Maybe I need to get a new fan for graphics card?

I went into power settings and it was on balanced so i set it on high performance to maybe make computer faster, but then computer started crashing after I played the game for a while. I'm still tinkering with it.

There was already some paste on the cpu heatsink. When I installed the cooler, I took it out to make sure I was doing it right but put it in and wiggled it a little to get the paste kinda smeared together again. The cpu idles at 32c and gets in the 40s when I play games.
