I built a new computer a while back and ever since, the RAM has been set at 1333mhz. The RAM is supposed to be able to run at 1600mhz, but the motherboard automatically sets it at a lower setting. How can I raise the speed without computer crashing every time. I don't know what timing to set it at if that's the problem.
