Computer crashing

I have just had a problem with my computer. I was uploading some photos to an online photo album and my computer crashed and then a black screen came up saying Operating System not found. I have tried a few online albums when uploading and it still crashes my computer and a blue screen comes up and then goes quickly so I can't read what it say's. When the computer restarts I have the error report box come up and it shows me this web page http://oca.microsoft.com/en/response.aspx?SGD=0e12f8cc-eba9-421a-b0d8-9e005945e143&SID=1507

Does anyone know what this means?

Heya

Seems to me that your network card is causing problems and the restarts. It's probably a driver issue. I would recommend you to find the most up-to-date drivers and that should fix the issue.
