Computer died

Computer died;changed ps nothing
When I hit the on switch fans turns for a second
I don't have any spare mob
How could I find out if it's the cpu or mob or ram

It happened sometime during the night.
Would not power on in the morning

Biostar mob
1 gig ram
Windows so
