Right when I turn on this computer the post test runs fine then when is starts running windows 8 the screen scrambles i know its not the graphics card as i have tried the graphics card out of my computer and it still has the same problem it also goes fuzzy when in the bootup menus like bios and stuff.

This is the spec of the computer is a little out dated:

Motherboard - Foxconn Winfast 6100M2MA-RS2H
CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+
VideoCard - Zotac GeForce 210
RAM - 2 x 1GB 533MHz DDR2
PSU - 350W
HDD - 160GB

here are some pictures of the screen when it has booted up:

Your RAM is probably bad. Try each stick individually. Otherwise it's your GPU failing.

I've tryed switching the RAM around and stuff and its still doing the same also the graphics card i have got is brand new and ive tryed 2 graphics cards and i now they both work as they work fine on my main computer

Do you have more than one PCI-e x16 slot on your motherboard? Try using a different one if available.

A video won't show anything different from the pictures. If you have tried replacing everything else with known good components, then that means your motherboard probably has an issue.

Definitely RAM or motherboard if it's not the GPU. Tried checking the RAM with Memtest86?
