I visited a college today and plan to major in CET. I had a meeting with one of the professors of that major. All I can say is HOLY CRAP!! There's a lot more to CET than just computers. He was talking about circuits and things I have never heard before. I feel overwhelmed and surprised. Should I be nervous about studying all this? It seems very difficult.

Something new can always seem difficult, with the big words you dont understand.. the people you dont know. But thats what a school does, they teach you the foundation.. and keep building off of that. Im sure you dont know circuits, bu they will re-inforce it before they make you do anything more complex. This isnt high school anymore, you need to know this stuff to have a decent LIFE. Have fun, learn a lot.
