Computer error-ed while idle

Turned on my com today and it says "The system has just recovered from a serious error" then I found the error signature , is it the error code?
this is what is in the signature:
BCCode : 4e BCP1 : 00000099 BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1
Anyway where is the log of the error created at?
I reported the error and this is what it states :

I do not get the blue screen as it states .. but I get the auto restart thing
So the only think is for me to wait till they find a resolution?

another question if I use windows firewall and stay away from websites that might have potential threats , is firewall still a necessity?
Cause I feel the zonealarm is having a little problem on my com , sometimes it dc my game probably because it blocked it temporary and sometimes web pages...so i might just switch to windows firewall while gaming? is that advisable?
I see a couple of errors in my Event viewer on every single day...why? It says like fault bucket then with numbers or faulting (numbers) , soemthing wrong somewherE?
