Computer Error?

Hello everyone @ ComputerForum. I've had a problem that's been happening just this week. I have no idea how this was caused. It's extremely hard to explain so I've uploaded a video to FileFront.com where you can stream it. Here's the link:

I'm using a game editor called "World Editor". I've been working with this program for a 3-4 years now and it's never done this before. I've also used it on my Vista, the computer I'm on right now, and I didn't experience this problem until this week. I haven't installed anything different, I've just been doing the same things I've done over the years.

What could be the cause of this problem and how do I fix it?

Thanks in advanced,

So you never heard the sound before while using this program???

Have you changed any of the settings on the program???

Have you got any updates for Vista??

What version of vista is it???

I've updated Vista using the update manager that comes with Vista. I've never experienced this problem before until this week so I wanted to know if there was any setting or something like that which could cause this.
