think first question is going to be whats your budget to get an idea of what you can build for the price
 
Opts for Microsoft Emachine... $495 at Wal-Mart, and they can always take it back to the store if something happens to it. Warrenty and all..
 
ok a bit high just wondering if anyone can find a keyboard/mouse combo for cheaper then the other one add up too (prefferably optical mouse) and what would shipping be (just need a guesstimate) - i also still need case and psu

eMachines are junk, thats why they sell them dirt cheap at wal mart
 
ok messed up on gpu but he is not goin to game so need a low-profile and can somone help me with case and psu and is this setup good?

You dont need to have a low profile card unless you are having a very small PC.

As for a case and CPU, There is a deal with a case, PSU, keyboard, mouse & speakers for $45.

Its only a rubbishy 350W 12A 12v PSU, but you could always get something better.
