Computer freezes up

About 2 months ago, my dad brought home 2 Dell Optiplex 755's. I use one for gaming and listening to music. I took the 2gb of RAM out of one and put it in the other one. The computer never froze up at his office, so is it the memory sticks? Lemme know if I need to post specs or give more info. I also apologize for the overall quality of this post:(
 
I would start by removing all cards and reseat everything. The computers weren't put in the trunk were they? They don't take too well to bumps.
 
If you at rest cannot get Windows to take action, then only stroke Control-Alt-Delete again and shut the computer down. Or press and hold the switch on the front of the computer to fix the freeze.
 
I just now decided to use the one that has 64bit capability. Why did i not in the first place? Well when i bought my Radeon 4550 (saving up for a wayy better card) I installed it in the 64bit one with no problem. One day he tells me he sold his office and i need to take it out because he thinks the guy wants his computers too. Then he ends up bringing the darn things home. Now, when i boot up, if i dont have the 3250 that came with the machine in it, it doesnt show anything but the BIOS loading screen then the windows loading screen.
 
Yes. if i use the Radeon 3250 or whatever that came with it, it works fine. My 4550 worked in the other one fine. Why not this one?
 
Could be anything, maybe the other one has a higher rated power supply or hardware issue somewhere.
 
Well no it should work because I have had it in both machines, and it worked great in the 64bit until i took it out and tried to put it back in later.
